Power4Vets™ Veteran Training and Placement Program
The goal of the Power4Vets™ program is to match the human talent needs of America’s electric power organizations with the talent, experience, knowledge
and skills available in United States Military Veterans.
In conjunction with the Department of Energy: Smart Grid Workforce Training award, IncSys is working to recruit, train, certify, and place qualified veterans in energy management careers.

Applicants selected into the Power4Vets™ program are given an IncSys Scholarship worth over $5000 which covers the cost of the training. Combined with the GI Bill, this program is offered at no cost to the student.
Power4Vets™ + PowerSimulator™
Program participants are required to learn with the unparalleled advantage of simulator-based training using the industry leading PowerSimulator™.
Over 50% of the current NERC certified system operators train with the PowerSimulator™. This advanced level of learning gives students the real-life experiences that other candidates seeking the same jobs will not have.
The IncSys Scholarship allows Power4Vets™ students to use the simulator and prepare for their NERC certification testing at no cost to themselves. IncSys combines on-line tutorials and simulator based training into a unique on-line environment so the students can use the most effective learning techniques on their own schedule. Passing this test will give them an unparalleled advantage in job placement.
