During 2008 and 2009, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Iraq Transition Assistance Office of the U.S. Embassy in Iraq funded the installation of four PowerSimulator systems as well as the delivery of four Train-the-Trainer classes for the Iraq Ministry of Electricity and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
